Being a Health Champion provides you with an opportunity to get involved in supporting people to live healthy, happy and longer lives.  You will also be able to contribute to the development of local services at a level of participation that suits you.

The information will be held by the team at BLP and you will receive regular updates and useful information on health matters in Bromley.  We will not share your data with anyone without your explicit consent.  Your data will be kept in accordance with our strict confidentiality code of practice.
